Welcome to our Hawaii Regional Center!

The State of Hawaii’s Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), and CanAm Enterprises, LLC, are pleased to introduce the Hawaii Regional Center, which offers investment opportunities pursuant to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Investor Visa Program.

We are pleased to confirm that CanAm Enterprises was awarded the contract to become the official promoter of the Hawaii Regional Center in February 2008, and the Hawaii Regional Center was reaffirmed on October 28, 2008.

Based on a reputation of credibility and trust, the Hawaii Regional Center is fully committed to providing comprehensive services to our clients. We will see each immigrant investor through the complete immigration process – from the selection of an investment project for the initial application to receiving a permanent green card.

OUR ADVANTAGES

There are a number of advantages in applying for a U.S. Immigrant Investor EB-5 visa through the Hawaii Regional Center.

Our Experience:

With more than 20 years of experience in immigrant investor visa programs, both in the U.S. and abroad–including the PIDC Regional Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania–the DCED/Pennsylvania Regional Center serving the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the Los Angeles Film Regional Center in Los Angeles County, California. Our staff have in-depth knowledge of the latest immigration procedures and requirements related to the Program. For our Regional Centers, CanAm has raised more than $625 million for projects totaling $2 billion.

Our Projects:

All our projects are with reputable businesses, each with strong financial standing and committed to creating new jobs in the State of Hawaii.

Our Relationship with DBEDT:

We are partnered with DBEDT, the official economic development agency of the State of Hawaii.

Our job creation methodology:

All our projects are forecasted to create more than enough new, full-time jobs that qualify for the program. Each project is required to provide a detailed job creation forecast based on a business plan specifying its employment needs, which are carefully reviewed and evaluated prior to the recommendation of the project to us. Throughout the life of the project, these jobs are closely monitored, using our job reporting forms and supplemented by the project’s employment records.
